The GC Playbook: Planning 3 Steps Ahead
Having foresight... anticipating issues... seeing around corners. These are often the characteristics most valued by startup CEOs in their General Counsel. Meanwhile, these GCs continue to face an increasingly broad, unique and novel set of challenges making it more and more difficult to anticipate such issues.
In our 1.5 day annual summit at the New York Stock Exchange, we are bringing together startup and venture capital GCs from across the country to share and develop new playbooks, helping each other stay 3 steps ahead and positioning our companies to grow without unnecessary roadblocks or surprises.
*By invitation only. Non-transferable. Limited to TechGC Charter Members who are the most senior lawyer (i.e. GC/CLO/Head of Legal) at each company or fund. 8.0 MCLE NY/CA/IL credits pending.
